Privacy Policy

The studio is launching soon. You can register for an optional launch notification; image generation and purchasing are not open. The sections below distinguish the email registration available now from the intended generation and payment data flow. Do not submit confidential material.

Launch notifications

If you submit the launch form, we store your email address, the tool you requested and the registration time in Cloudflare D1. We use this registration only to notify you when that tool opens; it does not create a paid account or authorize a charge. We retain it until the launch notification is sent or you request removal. You can request removal by contacting support@aigif.io. We do not sell this list or subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

Your photos and GIFs

When generation opens, uploaded images and prompts are sent to the configured generation provider to fulfill your request. The first model candidate is GPT Image 2.5 Flare for individual animation frames. The intermediary provider is not yet selected or connected. We will identify that provider and verify its data handling before accepting production uploads. When generation opens, photos and outputs will be stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket, with temporary signed download links. We do not publish them in a public gallery.

At launch, uploads, intermediate frames and output files will be retained for up to 30 days and then removed by the worker’s cleanup routine. Downloading saves your own copy; it does not extend online retention. Provider-side retention is not yet verified and must be disclosed before activation. Do not upload sensitive documents, payment details or images you lack permission to use.

Accounts and payments

At launch, email sign-in will use a one-time link through our Cloudflare-hosted authentication service. Stripe will host checkout and handle payment details; we do not store card numbers or CVCs. We store order identifiers, payment status, subscription state and credit changes to provide your service and resolve support issues. Financial and dispute records may need to be retained longer than generated files.

Guest use and daily limits

A selected photo may be kept temporarily in this browser to restore your draft after sign-in or checkout. Remove the photo to clear that local draft. It is not uploaded until you explicitly generate. A protected browser cookie links guest credits, tasks and purchases to that browser. Clearing it can remove guest access. Optional sign-in links that browser’s library to an account. To enforce one free generation per IP per UTC day, the server stores a keyed hash of the network address. Shared networks share the allowance; the raw IP is not stored in the application quota table. Infrastructure providers may retain their own security logs.

Optional analytics

We ask before enabling optional analytics. Declining analytics does not disable the tool. When enabled, we record coarse source categories and actions such as opening the studio or requesting a download. Prompts, images, email addresses and payment credentials are excluded. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for optional collection. Browser storage also holds your local draft and unsent structured support report so a failed submission can be retried.

Contact and requests

The public support address planned for launch is support@aigif.io. Mail routing must be verified before commercial activation. Contact support to request account or data assistance. Deleting your local draft does not automatically delete a server task, an external provider’s records or financial records that must be retained.
