Terms of Service

aigif.io is currently a studio preview. Generation and sales are not open. These terms describe the intended service at launch. The operating business identity and final provider disclosures must be completed before commercial activation.

Using the tool

Use the service only for lawful content and with permission for every photo, face, character, logo or other input. Do not create deceptive impersonations, abusive material or content that violates other people’s rights. You are responsible for reviewing generated files. AI can alter identity, invent product details and introduce visual errors.

Credits and subscriptions

One GIF consumes one credit. A matching set of ten consumes ten. Pro is $8 per month or $72 billed yearly, with 100 credits released each month; unused monthly credits do not roll over. Subscriptions renew until canceled through the customer portal. The $4.90 pack includes ten credits without a subscription and has no scheduled credit expiry. Guest purchases remain accessible through the same browser cookie unless linked to an account.

Downloads and commercial use

Paid outputs may be used commercially subject to your rights in the inputs and applicable law. This permission does not promise copyrightability, exclusivity or clearance of third-party rights. Online files are retained for up to 30 days; download the files you want to keep. Platform packages validate technical export profiles, not platform eligibility, moderation or installation. Discord, Twitch, Slack, WhatsApp and Telegram are independent platforms; aigif.io is not affiliated with them.

Failures and support

Confirmed failed jobs return their reserved credits or free allowance. Uncertain provider results are reviewed before repeating a request to avoid duplicate use. Refunded or disputed payments may suspend new generation while the account is reconciled. Cash refunds follow the refund policy. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
